Welcome to CVELabs! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CVELabs website and services ("Service") provided by Dark Area ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Attacking or attempting to disrupt any system or network outside of the isolated lab environments provided.
  • Sharing your account credentials or allowing any other person to access your account.
  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping."

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dark Area, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
